Lucidity Six-Sided Nightmares

There are other Dreamers seeking power, but only one will escape from the realm of Nightmares

How to Play

This is a world of vivid hallucinations and horrific monsters. Draw on power from the nightmares that live there, but do not let them corrupt you.

If you become corrupted and turn into a nightmare yourself, you must then hunt down other Dreamers and consume their power. When the night is over, only one Dreamer or Nightmare will be left standing.

As a dreamer, your objective is to gain lots of power! Along the way, you will get to choose your dream track and possibly the types of dreams you wish to have! You must roll dice for power, but beware of the shadows that lurk in the dark.

Dream again! Increase your sleep marker by one step along the track and take another turn.

If you have 3 or more dreams in any shadow row, you become the nightmare! Now play as the nightmare for the rest of the game.

At the beginning of every turn, decide how deeply you wish to dream.

Randomly draw dice equal to the number under the sleep marker you just selected, then return 2 to the bag, roll the remaining dreams. You must then resolve the effects of the rolled dreams. Gain power! Then activate Hunt, Exhaust, finally Shadow dice.

After resolving the rolled dreams, you have to check for filled rows. If the exhaust row is filled, you have pushed your luck too far and become tired. You cannot continue play this turn. If a shadow row is filled, you become a nightmare.

If you are exhausted or at the end of the sleep track, you must rest. Otherwise at the end of your turn you can choose to rest or roll again, by advancing your sleep marker up one space. You can press your luck twice each turn before you must rest.
