1. Shipment Processing PlayPlace
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We offer FREE Economy Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

3. Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship to addresses within the U.S. states and territories only. We do not offer international shipping at this PlayPlace.
4. Shipment ConfirmationOrder Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
5. Damages
PlayPlace is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
