Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Return Window
We operate a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

Packaging: It must be in its original packaging (box, plastic wrap, protective material, etc.).

Proof of Purchase: You must present the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Procedure (How to Start a Return)
All returns require pre-approval before shipment.

Request a Return: Contact us at support@playplace1.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return to expedite the process.

Pre-Approval: All return requests must be approved by our team.

Shipping Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and specific instructions on how and where to send your package.

Warning: Do not send items to our business registration address. Items sent to the incorrect address without prior approval may be discarded or returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving a return authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, or plants.

Custom Products: Such as special orders or personalized/customized items.

Personal Care Goods: Such as beauty or bath products for hygiene reasons.

Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

Sale Items and Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and the refund is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition (unworn, unused, tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase) as outlined above.

8. Refunds
Inspection: We will notify you once we’ve received and PlayPlace your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Processing: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Timing: Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
