- Quick grabbing is rewarded - This game doesn't have analysis paralysis. When the machines are flipped over at the start of the turn, you have to decide which one you want. Too slow and someone will take your machine. Too fast and you will grab one that you thought would work ... but didn't. - Non-real-time variant - What about groups who don't like that real-time part of the game? We really think that is the best way to play, but we realize it isn't a fun or even possible option for everyone. We're including an alternative rule that removes all the speed elements and is still fun (in a different way). - Making it work - At some point during your game, someone at the table will be quiet for 30 seconds. Then they will announce, "I think I can make it work." Pipes start getting laid. Reservoirs are moved around. The table will laugh at how ridiculous their factory looks. And in a few turns you will know if what they did was smart or short sighted. - Bad Grammar - Factory FunNER is the sequel and a very solid improvement to Factory Fun. It uses hexes instead of squares to allow more creative building, and some subtle improvements to scoring, length, and machine placement rules really improve things. - Solo Mode - You can play this game by yourself. Never know when that might come in handy.

Product description

With the standard play mode, snatch up pieces quickly! You don't have the luxury to take time and analyze. When the machines are flipped over at the start of the turn, you have to decide which one you want in a flash. Too slow, and someone will take your machine. Too fast, and you might grab a piece that you think can work... but won't.

If real-time gameplay isn't for you, no problem. We've also developed a turn-based variant. We realize that the quick version isn't fun or possible option for everyone. This alternative ruleset encourages a different, more deliberate style of play.

Beautiful, zany new artwork from Nigel Sussman adds polish to the well-loved game. We love his quirky, colorful style!

Praise from BoardGameCo: "It gets more and more chaotic... you start realizing that your factory is not large enough to accommodate what you want it to do. It's a puzzle that is incredibly satisfying."
